Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4805
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: “Whoever intentionally misses the Asr prayer until the sun sets, it is as if his family and wealth have been destroyed.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: ”جو شخص نماز عصر عمداً چھوڑ دے حتی کہ سورج غروب ہو جائے گویا اس کے اہل خانہ اور مال تباہ و برباد ہو گیا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna: ”Jo shakhs namaz Asr amdany chhor de hatta ki sooraj ghuroob ho jaye goya uske ahl khana aur maal tabah o barbad ho gaya.“
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنِ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" مَنْ تَرَكَ الْعَصْرَ مُتَعَمِّدًا حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ".
