Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4937
Narrated Ibn 'Umar: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "Five animals are Fawasiq (i.e. harmful) which should be killed even in the Haram (in Mecca's sanctuary): The scorpion, the rat, the crow, the kite and the rabid dog.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ پانچ قسم کے جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں قتل کرنے میں کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے، بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے۔
Saina Ibne Umar Radi Allaho Anhuma se marvi hai ke maine Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke panch qisam ke janwar aise hain jinhen qatal karne mein koi gunah nahi hai, bichho, chuhe, cheel, kauwe aur baule kutte.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي نَافِعٌ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" يُقْتَلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ خَمْسٌ، لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ".
