Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5065
Simak Hanafi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) saying that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed two rak'ahs inside the Kaaba.

سماک حنفی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ نبی ﷺ نے بیت اللہ کے اندر دو رکعت نماز پڑھی ہے۔
Samak Hanafi Rahmatullah Alaih kehte hain ki aik martaba maine Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ko ye kehte huye suna ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Baitullah ke andar do rakat namaz parhi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، قَالَ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخبرنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ يَعْنِي الْحَنَفِيَّ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ:" صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْبَيْتِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ".
