The Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مسنَد عَبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ عمَرَ بنِ الخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللَّه تَعَالَى عَنهمَا
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5107
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are five kinds of animals which it is not a sin to kill even in the state of Ihram: a scorpion, a rat, a kite, a crow, and a rabid dog."
Grade: Sahih
اور نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”پانچ قسم کے جانور ہیں جنہیں حالت احرام میں بھی مارنے سے کوئی گناہ نہیں ہوتا۔ بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے۔“
Aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Panch qisam ke janwar hain jinhen halat ehram mein bhi maarne se koi gunah nahin hota. Bichchhu, choohe, cheel, kauwe aur bawle kutte.“
(حديث موقوف) قَالَ: قَالَ: وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَعْنِي:" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُنَّ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ".
