Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5147
Bakr said: Once I mentioned to Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us this hadith: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) assumed ihram for both Hajj and 'Umrah." He (Ibn 'Umar) said: "Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) is mistaken. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) initially assumed ihram for Hajj, and we also assumed ihram for Hajj with him. Then, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reached Makkah, he said: 'Whoever does not have the sacrificial animal with him, he should make it 'Umrah.'" I conveyed this to Anas (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: "You think of us as children."

بکر کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ذکر کیا کہ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہم سے یہ حدیث بیان کی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا احرام باندھا تھا؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کو مغالطہ ہو گیا ہے، نبی ﷺ نے ابتداء میں تو حج کا احرام باندھا تھا اور ہم نے بھی ان کے ساتھ حج کا ہی احرام باندھا تھا، پھر جب نبی ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ پہنچے تو فرمایا: ”جس شخص کے پاس ہدی کا جانور نہ ہو، اسے چاہئے کہ اسے عمرہ بنا لے۔“ میں نے یہ بات سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کو بتائی انہوں نے فرمایا کہ تم تو ہمیں بچہ ہی سمجھتے ہو۔
Bakr kehte hain ki ek martaba maine Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se zikar kiya ki Sayyidna Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne hum se ye hadees bayaan ki hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hajj aur Umrah dono ka ahram bandha tha? Unhon ne farmaya ki Sayyidna Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko mugalta ho gaya hai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ibtida mein to Hajj ka ahram bandha tha aur hum ne bhi un ke sath Hajj ka hi ahram bandha tha, phir jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Makkah Mukarramah pahunche to farmaya: "Jis shakhs ke pass hadi ka janwar na ho, use chahiye ki use Umrah bana le." Maine ye baat Sayyidna Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko batai unhon ne farmaya ki tum to humain bachcha hi samajhte ho.
حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ : إِنَّ أَنَسًا أَخْبَرَنَا، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" لَبَّيْكَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجٍّ"، قَالَ: وَهِلَ أَنَسٌ، خَرَجَ فَلَبَّى بِالْحَجِّ، وَلَبَّيْنَا مَعَهُ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَمَرَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً، قَالَ: فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِأَنَسٍ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا تَعُدُّونَا إِلَّا صِبْيَانًا!!.
