Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5161
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever misses the afternoon prayer, it is as if his family and wealth have been destroyed."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جس شخص کی نماز عصر فوت ہو جائے، گویا اس کے اہل خانہ اور مال تباہ و برباد ہو گیا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a marvi hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jis shakhs ki namaz Asar فوت ho jaye, goya us ke ahl khana aur mal tabah o barbad ho gaya۔“
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ فَاتَهُ الْعَصْرُ، فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ".
