Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5196
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the milking of animals and using their milk without the permission of their owners.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے لوگوں کی اجازت کے بغیر ان کے جانوروں کا دودھ دوہ کر اپنے استعمال میں لانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne logon ki ijazat ke baghair un ke janwaron ka doodh doh kar apne istemal mein lane se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" نَهَى أَنْ تُحْتَلَبَ الْمَوَاشِي مِنْ غَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهَا".
