Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5400

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man invoked the curse of Allah upon his wife in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and denied the paternity of her child. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) separated the two and gave the child to the mother.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے نبی ﷺ کے سامنے اپنی بیوی سے لعان کیا اور اس کے بچے کی اپنی طرف نسبت کی نفی کی، نبی ﷺ نے ان دونوں کے درمیان تفریق کر ا دی اور بچے کو ماں کے حوالے کر دیا۔

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek shakhs ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne apni biwi se lian kiya aur uske bacche ki apni taraf nisbat ki nafi ki, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in donon ke darmiyan tafreeq kar di aur bacche ko maan ke hawale kar diya.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" لَاعَنَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِأُمِّهِ، وَكَانَ انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا".
