Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5424
Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Bilal gives the Adhan (call to prayer) at night, so continue to eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktum gives the Adhan."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”بلال رات ہی کو اذان دے دیتے ہیں اس لئے جب تک ابن ام مکتوم اذان نہ دے دیں تم کھاتے پیتے رہو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Bilal raat hi ko azan de dete hain is liye jab tak Ibn Umm Maktum azan na de den tum khate peete raho.“
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ بِلَالًا يُنَادِي بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ يُنَادِي بِلَيْلٍ، فَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يُنَادِيَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ".
