Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5494
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade from [using] Dubba', Hantam, Muzaffat and Naqir.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دباء، حنتم، مزفت اور نقیر سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne diba, hantum, mizfat aur naqeer se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ بن جعفر ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ ، سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ، وَالنَّقِيرِ"، قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: وَقَدْ ذُكِرَ الْمُزَفَّتُ عَنْ غَيْرِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ.
