Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5496
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited the selling or gifting of the right of Wala'.
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حق ولاء کو بیچنے یا ہبہ کر نے کی ممانعت فرمائی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne haq walah ko bechne ya hibah karne ki mamanat farmai hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ".
