Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5509
Bakr said: Once I mentioned to Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us this hadith: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) assumed Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah.” He said: “Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) is mistaken. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) initially assumed Ihram for Hajj, and we also assumed Ihram for Hajj with him. Then, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) arrived in Makkah, he said: ‘Whoever among you does not have the sacrificial animal with him, let him perform Umrah.’ I mentioned this to Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), and he became angry and said: ‘You think of us as mere children!’”

بکر کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ذکر کیا کہ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہم سے یہ حدیث بیان کی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا احرام باندھا تھا؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کو مغالطہ ہو گیا ہے، نبی ﷺ نے ابتداء میں تو حج کا احرام باندھا تھا، اور ہم نے بھی ان کے ساتھ حج کا ہی احرام باندھا تھا، پھر جب نبی ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ پہنچے تو فرمایا: ”جس شخص کے پاس ہدی کا جانور نہ ہو، اسے چاہئے کہ اسے عمرہ بنا لے“، میں نے سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے اس کا تذکر ہ کیا تو وہ ناراض ہوئے اور فرمانے لگے کہ تم تو ہمیں بچہ ہی سمجھتے ہو۔
Bukar kahte hain ki ek martaba maine Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu anhuma se zikar kiya ki Sayyidna Anas Radi Allahu anhu ne hum se ye hadees bayan ki hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hajj aur Umrah dono ka ahram bandha tha? Unhon ne farmaya ki Sayyidna Anas Radi Allahu anhu ko mugalta ho gaya hai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ibtida mein to Hajj ka ahram bandha tha, aur hum ne bhi un ke sath Hajj ka hi ahram bandha tha, phir jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Makkah Mukarramah pahunche to farmaya: "Jis shakhs ke pass hadi ka janwar na ho, usay chahiye ki usay Umrah bana le", maine Sayyidna Anas Radi Allahu anhu se is ka tazkara kiya to wo naraaz huye aur farmane lage ki tum to humain bachcha hi samajhte ho.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ: ذَكَرْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَبَّى بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَالْحَجِّ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ أَنَسًا، وَهِلَ أَنَسٌ، وَهَلْ،" خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا حُجَّاجًا؟! فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا أَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً، إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ"، قَالَ: فَحَدَّثْتُ أَنَسًا بِذَلِكَ، فَغَضِبَ، وَقَالَ: لَا تَعُدُّونَا إِلَّا صِبْيَانًا!!.
