Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5598
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer in a mosque on a large mountain beyond 'Araj. This mosque is located at a distance of five miles while going towards 'Araj. Near this mosque are two or three graves, and there are many stones lying on these graves. This place appeared on the right side of the road. Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to leave from 'Araj in the afternoon after the decline of the sun and would reach this mosque and offer the Zuhr prayer.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ”عرج“ سے آگے ایک بڑے پہاڑ کی مسجد میں نماز پڑھی ہے عرج کی طرف جاتے ہوئے یہ مسجد پانچ میل کے فاصلے پر واقع ہے، اور اس مسجد کے قریب دو یا تین قبریں بھی ہیں، اور ان قبروں پر بہت سے پتھر پڑے ہوئے ہیں، یہ جگہ راستے کے دائیں ہاتھ آئی ہے، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما دوپہر کے وقت زوال آفتاب کے بعد ”عرج“ سے روانہ ہوتے تھے اور اس مسجد میں پہنچ کر ظہر کی نماز پڑھتے تھے۔
Sayyidaana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne "Araj" se aage ek bade pahad ki masjid mein namaz parhi hai Araj ki taraf jaate huye yeh masjid panch meel ke faasle par waaqe hai, aur is masjid ke qareeb do ya teen qabrein bhi hain, aur in qabron par bahut se pathar pade huye hain, yeh jagah raaste ke daayen haath aai hai, Sayyidaana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a dophar ke waqt zawaal aaftab ke baad "Araj" se rawana hote the aur is masjid mein pahunch kar zuhar ki namaz parhte the.
(حديث موقوف) وَقَالَ وَقَالَ نَافِعٌ : إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" صَلَّى مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْعَرْجِ"، وَأَنْتَ ذَاهِبٌ عَلَى رَأْسِ خَمْسَةِ أَمْيَالٍ مِنَ الْعَرْجِ، فِي مَسْجِدٍ إِلَى هَضْبَةٍ، عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَبْرَانِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٌ، عَلَى الْقُبُورِ رَضْمٌ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ، عَلَى يَمِينِ الطَّرِيقِ، عِنْدَ سَلَامَاتِ الطَّرِيقِ، بَيْنَ أُولَئِكَ السَّلَامَاتِ، كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَرُوحُ مِنَ الْعَرْجِ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَمِيلَ الشَّمْسُ بِالْهَاجِرَةِ، فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْمَسْجِدِ.
