Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5650
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade traveling alone or spending the night alone.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے تنہا رات گزارنے یا تنہا سفر کرنے سے منع کیا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne tanha raat guzarne ya tanha safar karne se mana kiya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنِ الْوَحْدَةِ أَنْ يَبِيتَ الرَّجُلُ وَحْدَهُ، أَوْ يُسَافِرَ وَحْدَهُ".
