Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5705
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Enter upon the punished nations weeping, for I fear that you may be overtaken by the punishment that befell them.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”ان معذب اقوام پر روتے ہوئے داخل ہوا کرو کیونکہ مجھے اندیشہ ہے کہ تمہیں بھی وہ عذاب نہ آ پکڑے جو ان پر آیا تھا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”In mu'azzib qomon par rote hue daakhil hua karo kyunki mujhe andesha hai ki tumhen bhi woh azab na aa pakde jo un par aaya tha۔“
حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا تَدْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ، أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمْ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ".
