Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5778
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A prayer offered in this mosque of mine [i.e., Masjid-e-Nabawi] is superior in reward to one thousand prayers offered in other mosques, except for Masjid al-Haram [in Makkah].”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مسجد حرام کو چھوڑ کر میری اس مسجد میں نماز پڑھنے کا ثواب دوسری مساجد کی نسبت ایک ہزار نمازوں سے افضل ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Masjid Haram ko chhor kar meri is masjid mein namaz parhne ka sawab dusri masajid ki nisbat ek hazar namazon se afzal hai.“
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا، أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِي غَيْرِهِ، إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ".
