Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5862
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should sell over the sale of his brother," and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade deceit in sale, selling the fetus of an animal, and "bay' al-mulamasah" and "bay' al-munabazah". "Bay' al-mulamasah" means that the sale of fruits is made in exchange for dates by measure, or the sale of grapes is made in exchange for raisins by measure.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے“، اور نبی ﷺ نے بیع میں دھوکے سے، حاملہ جانور کے حمل کی بیع سے اور بیع مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا، بیع مزابنہ کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ پھلوں کی بیع کھجوروں کے بدلے کی جائے ماپ کر، یا ا نگور کی بیع کشمش کے بدلے ناپ کر کے کی جائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ki bay par bay na kare“, aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne bay mein dhoke se, hamil janwar ke hamal ki bay se aur bay muzabana se mana farmaya, bay muzabana ka matlab yeh hai ki phalon ki bay khajuron ke badle ki jaye map kar, ya angoor ki bay kishmish ke badle nap kar ke ki jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ"، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ، وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ، وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا، وَبَيْعُ الْكَرْمِ بِالزَّبِيبِ كَيْلًا.
