The Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them both)

مسنَد عَبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ عمَرَ بنِ الخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللَّه تَعَالَى عَنهمَا

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5910

Abdullah said, "I heard my father, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, may Allah have mercy on him, say that Muammal heard hadith from 'Umar bin Muhammad bin Zayd and also from Ibn Juraij."

عبداللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے والد امام احمد بن حنبل رحمہ اللہ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ مؤمل نے عمر بن محمد بن زید سے بھی حدیث کی سماعت کی ہے اور ابن جریج سے بھی۔

Abdul Allah kehte hain keh maine apne walid Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rehmatullah alaih ko ye farmate hue suna hai keh Muammal ne Umar bin Muhammad bin Zaid se bhi hadees ki samaat ki hai aur Ibn Juraij se bhi.

قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بنْ أَحْمَّد , سَمِعْت أَبِي , يَقُولُ: قَدْ سَمِعَ مُؤَمَّلٌ، مِنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَعْنِي أَحَادِيثَ، وَسَمِعَ أَيْضًا مِنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ.
