Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5919
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) dispatched a detachment to Najd, in which Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also participated. Their share of the spoils of war amounted to twelve camels each, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) further bestowed upon each of them one camel as a reward.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے نجد کی طرف ایک سریہ روانہ فرمایا جن میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بھی شامل تھے، ان کا حصہ بارہ بارہ اونٹ بنے اور نبی ﷺ نے انہیں ایک ایک اونٹ بطور انعام کے بھی عطاء فرمایا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Najd ki taraf ek sariya rawana farmaya jin mein Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a bhi shamil the, un ka hissa barah barah unt bane aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen ek ek unt ba'taur inaam ke bhi ataa farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ، فِيهَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، فَكَانَتْ سُهْمَانُهُمْ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا، وَنُفِّلُوا بَعِيرًا بَعِيرًا".
