Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5935
Yuhanas, the freed slave of Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Once, I was sitting with Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) when a slave girl of his came and mentioned the difficult living conditions. She asked his permission to leave Madinah and go somewhere else. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) said to her: Sit down, I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: Whoever amongst you remains patient upon the hardships and difficulties of Madinah, I will be his intercessor on the Day of Judgement.

سیدنا زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے آزاد کر دہ غلام ”یوحنس“کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس بیٹھا ہوا تھا کہ ان کی ایک باندی آگئی اور حالات کی سختی کا ذکر کر نے لگی اور ان سے مدینہ منورہ کو چھوڑ کر کہیں اور جانے کی اجازت طلب کرنے لگی، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اس سے فرمایا: بیٹھ جاؤ، میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ تم میں سے جو شخص مدینہ منورہ کی تکالیف اور سختیوں پر صبر کرے، میں قیامت کے دن اس کی سفارش کروں گا۔
Sayyida Zubar RA ke azad kar da gulam "Yohnas" kehte hain ki ek martaba main Sayyida Ibn Umar RA ke pass betha hua tha ki un ki ek bandi aayi aur haalaat ki sakhti ka zikar karne lagi aur un se Madina Munawwara ko chhor kar kahin aur jaane ki ijazat talab karne lagi, Sayyida Ibn Umar RA ne us se farmaya: beth jao, main ne Nabi SAW ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki tum mein se jo shaksh Madina Munawwara ki takaleef aur sakhtiyon par sabar kare, main qayamat ke din us ki sifarish karunga.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ قَطَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ , أَوْ وَهْبِ بْنِ قَطَنٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ , شَكَّ إِسْحَاقُ , عَنْ يُحَنَّسَ مَوْلَى الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، إِذْ أَتَتْهُ مَوْلَاةٌ لَهُ، فَذَكَرَتْ شِدَّةَ الْحَالِ، وَأَنَّهَا تُرِيدُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: اجْلِسِي، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" لَا يَصْبِرُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى لَأْوَائِهَا وَشِدَّتِهَا إِلَّا كُنْتُ لَهُ شَفِيعًا أَوْ شَهِيدًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ".
