Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5961
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying on this pulpit: "Whoever comes for Friday prayer, then let him take a bath."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے اس منبر پر نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص جمعہ کے لئے آئے تو اسے چاہئے کہ غسل کر کے آئے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine is mimbar par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki jo shakhs Jumma ke liye aaye to use chahiye ki ghusl kar ke aaye.
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ:" مَنْ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ".
