Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6058
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not buy or sell fruits until they are ripe." This prohibition is for both the seller and the buyer. Also, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited "selling fruits by measure." This means that a person should not sell the fruits of his garden (if they are dates) by measuring them against chopped dates, or (if they are grapes) by measuring them against raisins, or (if it is a crop) by measuring it against a specific measure. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has forbidden all these things.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ فرماتے تھے جب تک پھل پک نہ جائے اس کی خریدو فروخت مت کیا کرو یہ ممانعت بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) دونوں کو فرمائی ہے، نیز نبی ﷺ نے بیع مزابنہ سے بھی فرمایا: ہے جس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنے باغ کا پھل " اگر وہ کھجور ہو تو " کٹی ہوئی کھجور کے بدلے ناپ کر، انگور ہو تو کشمش کے بدلے ناپ کر، کھیتی ہو تو معین ناپ کر بیچے، ان تمام چیزوں سے نبی ﷺ نے منع فرمایا: ہے۔
Sayyida Ibne Umar Radi Allaho Anhuma se marvi hai keh Nabi sallallaho alaihe wasallam farmate thy jab tak phal pak na jaye us ki khareed o farokht mat kya karo yeh mamanat baie (bechne wala) aur mushtari (Khareedne wala aur bechne wala) dono ko farmae hai, neez Nabi sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne baye muzabana se bhi farmaya hai: jis ka matlab yeh hai keh aadmi apne bagh ka phal " agar woh khajoor ho to" kati hui khajoor ke badle nap kar, angoor ho to kishmish ke badle nap kar, kheti ho top muayyan nap kar beche, in tamam cheezon se Nabi sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" لَا تَتَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا"، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ، وَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، أَنْ يَبِيعَ ثَمَرَةَ حَائِطِهِ إِنْ كَانَتْ نَخْلًا بِتَمْرٍ كَيْلًا، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ كَرْمًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِزَبِيبٍ كَيْلًا، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ زَرْعًا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِكَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ، نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ.
