Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6085
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Two persons should not whisper to each other, excluding the third; and one should not make another get up from his place and sit in it himself."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: دو آدمی تیسرے کو چھوڑ کر سرگوشی نہ کیا کر یں۔ اور کوئی شخص دوسرے کو اس کی جگہ سے اٹھا کر خود وہاں نہ بیٹھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: do aadmi teesre ko chhod kar sargosi na kia karen. Aur koi shakhs doosre ko uski jaga se utha kar khud wahan na baithe.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ ثَالِثِهِمَا، وَلَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ".
