Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6257
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The people of Madinah should enter the state of Ihram from Dhu al-Hulayfah, the people of Syria from Juhfah, the people of Yemen from Yalamlam and the people of Najd from Qarn.” They asked Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) “What about the people of Iraq?”. He said: “There was no Miqat for it at that time."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اہل مدینہ ذوالحلیفہ سے اہل شام جحفہ سے اہل یمن یلملم اور اہل نجد قرن سے احرام باندھیں لوگوں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا کہ اہل عراق کہاں گئے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: ”کہ اس وقت اس کی میقات نہیں تھی۔
Sada Ibne Umar RA se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya: "Ahl Madina Zulhulayfah se, ahl Sham Juhfah se, ahl Yemen Yalamlam aur ahl Najd Qarn se ehram bandhein." Logon ne Sada Ibne Umar RA se poocha ke ahl Iraq kahan gaye? Unhon ne farmaya: "Ke us waqt us ki miqat nahi thi."
حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ , يَقُولُ:" وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ"، قَالَ: وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا، وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ، قِيلَ لَهُ: فَالْعِرَاقُ قَالَ:" لَا عِرَاقَ يَوْمَئِذٍ".
