Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6275
Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to buy grain by estimation from those who came on mounts. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade us from this, saying that we should not sell it to someone else then and there, but rather wait until the seller takes it to his tent.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ہم لوگ سوار ہو کر آنے والوں سے اندازے سے کوئی غلہ خرید لیتے تھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں اس سے منع فرما دیا کہ اسی جگہ کھڑے کھڑے اسے کسی اور کے ہاتھ فروخت کر دیں جب تک کہ وہ اسے اپنے خیمے میں نہ لے جائیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basadat mein hum log sawar ho kar aane walon se andaze se koi ghalla khareed lete the, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humain is se mana farma diya ki isi jaga khade khade ise kisi aur ke hath farokht kar dein jab tak ki woh ise apne khaime mein na le jayen.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نَشْتَرِي الطَّعَامَ مِنَ الرُّكْبَانِ جُزَافًا،" فَنَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَبِيعَهُ حَتَّى نَنْقُلَهُ مِنْ مَكَانِهِ".
