Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6456

It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Trim the mustache closely and grow the beard long."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مونچھیں خوب اچھی طرح کتروادیا کرو اور ڈاڑھی خوب بڑھایا کرو۔

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Moonchhen khoob achi tarah katarwadiya karo aur darhi khoob barhaya karo.

حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَعْفُوا اللِّحَى وَحُفُّوا الشَّوَارِبَ".
