Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6727
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is not permissible for a woman to accept any gift without the permission of her husband."

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے موقع پر نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کسی عورت کے لئے اپنے شوہر کی اجازت کے بغیر کوئی عطیہ قبول کر نے کی اجازت نہیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke mauqe par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Kisi aurat ke liye apne shohar ki ijazat ke baghair koi atiya qubool karne ki ijazat nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ:" لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
