Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6739
Narrated by Sayyidina Ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that we were sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a young man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Can I kiss my wife while fasting?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No." After a while, an old man came and asked the same question. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed him. We started looking at each other. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I know why you are looking at each other. In fact, an elderly man can control himself.".

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس بیٹھے ہوئے تھے ایک نوجوان آیا اور کہنے لگا یا رسول اللہ!! روزے کی حالت میں میں اپنی بیوی کو بوسہ دے سکتا ہوں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”نہیں تھوڑی دیر بعد ایک بڑی عمر کا آدمی آیا اور اس نے بھی وہی سوال پوچھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اسے اجازت دے دی اس پر ہم لوگ ایک دوسرے کو دیکھنے لگے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مجھے معلوم ہے کہ تم ایک دوسرے کو کیوں دیکھ رہے ہو؟ دراصل عمر رسیدہ آدمی اپنے اوپر قابو رکھ سکتا ہے۔
Sayyida Ibn Amr RA se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi Kareem SAW ke pass baithe hue the ek naujawan aaya aur kehne laga Ya Rasulullah! Roze ki halat mein mein apni biwi ko bosa de sakta hun? Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya: ”Nahin” Thodi der baad ek badi umar ka aadmi aaya aur usne bhi wohi sawal pucha Nabi Kareem SAW ne use ijazat de di us par hum log ek dusre ko dekhne lage Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya: ”Mujhe maloom hai ki tum ek dusre ko kyun dekh rahe ho? Darasal umar raseedah aadmi apne upar qaboo rakh sakta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ قَيْصَرَ التُّجِيبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ العاص ، قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَاءَ شَابٌّ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أُقَبِّلُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ؟ قَالَ:" لَا"، فَجَاءَ شَيْخٌ، فَقَالَ: أُقَبِّلُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ؟ قَالَ:" نَعَمْ"، قَالَ: فَنَظَرَ بَعْضُنَا إِلَى بَعْضٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" قَدْ عَلِمْتُ لِمَ نَظَرَ بَعْضُكُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ، إِنَّ الشَّيْخَ يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ".
