Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6750
Sayyiduna Ibn 'Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, and Nawf were gathered at a place. Nawf said, "If the heavens and the earth and everything between them were placed on one side of a scale and 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah) on the other, the side with 'La ilaha illallah' would outweigh the other. If the heavens and the earth and everything in them were to become an iron sheet and a man were to say 'La ilaha illallah', this statement would pierce through all those iron sheets and reach Allah." Sayyiduna Ibn 'Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "We prayed the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, one day. Those who left, left, and those who came later, came later. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, came while his clothes were almost touching his knees and said, 'O group of Muslims, rejoice! Your Lord has opened a gate of Heaven and He is boasting about you to the angels, saying, "My these servants have performed one obligation and are waiting for another.'"

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ اور نوف کسی مقام پر جمع ہوئے نوف کہنے لگے کہ اگر آسمان و زمین اور ان کے درمیان موجود تمام چیزوں کو ترازو کے ایک پلڑے میں رکھ دیا جائے اور لاالہ الا اللہ " کو دوسرے پلڑے میں رکھ دیا جائے تو یہ دوسرا پلڑا جھک جائے گا اگر آسمان و زمین اور ان میں موجود تمام چیزیں لوہے کی سطح بن جائیں اور ایک آدمی لاالہ اللہ اللہ کہہ دے تو یہ کلمہ لوہے کی ان تمام چادروں کو پھاڑتے ہوئے اللہ کے پاس پہنچ جائے۔ سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے کہ ہم لوگوں نے ایک دن مغرب کی نماز نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ ادا کی، جانے والے چلے گئے اور بعد میں آنے والے بعد میں آئے نبی کریم ﷺ اس حال میں تشریف لائے کہ آپ ﷺ کے کپڑے گھٹنوں سے ہٹنے کے قریب تھے اور فرمایا: ”اے گروہ مسلمین تمہیں خوشخبری ہو تمہارے رب نے آسمان کا ایک دروازہ کھولا ہے اور وہ فرشتوں کے سامنے تم پر فخر فرما رہے ہیں اور کہہ رہے ہیں کہ میرے ان بندوں نے ایک فرض ادا کر دیا ہے اور دوسرے کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں۔
Sayyda Ibne Amro (RA) aur Nouf kisi maqam per jama huay Nouf kehne lagay ki agar aasman o zameen aur in ke darmiyaan mojood tamam cheezon ko tarazu ke aik palray mein rakh diya jaye aur la ilaha illallah ko dusray palray mein rakh diya jaye to yeh dusra palra jhuk jayega agar aasman o zameen aur in mein mojood tamam cheezein lohay ki satah ban jayen aur aik aadmi la ilaha illallah Allah keh de to yeh kalma lohay ki in tamam chaadron ko pharte huay Allah ke pass pohanch jaye. Sayyda Ibne Amro (RA) kehne lagay ki hum logon ne aik din Maghrib ki namaz Nabi Kareem (SAW) ke sath ada ki, janay walay chalay gaye aur baad mein aanay walay baad mein aye Nabi Kareem (SAW) is hal mein tashreef laye ki aap (SAW) ke kapray ghutnon se hatne ke qareeb thay aur farmaya: “ay giroh muslimeen tumhein khushkhabri ho tumharay rabb ne aasman ka aik darwaza khola hai aur woh farishton ke samne tum per fakhr farma rahay hain aur keh rahay hain ki mere in bandon ne aik farz ada kar diya hai aur dusray ka intezar kar rahay hain.”
(حديث قدسي) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، أَنَّ نَوْفًا وعبد الله بن عمرو يعنى بن العاص اجتمعا، فقال نوف: لو أن السماوات ولأرض وما فيهما وضع في كفة الميزان ووضعت" لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ" فِي الْكِفَّةِ الْأُخْرَى، لَرَجَحَتْ بِهِنَّ، وَلَوْ أَنَّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ كُنَّ طَبَقًا مِنْ حَدِيدٍ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ:" لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ"، لَخَرَقَتْهُنَّ حَتَّى تَنْتَهِيَ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو : صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَغْرِبَ، فَعَقَّبَ مَنْ عَقَّبَ، وَرَجَعَ مَنْ رَجَعَ، فَجَاءَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ كَادَ يَحْسِرُ ثِيَابَهُ عَنْ رُكْبَتَيْهِ، فَقَالَ:" أَبْشِرُوا مَعْشَرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، هَذَا رَبُّكُمْ قَدْ فَتَحَ بَابًا مِنْ أَبْوَابِ السَّمَاءِ، يُبَاهِي بِكُمْ الْمَلَائِكَةَ، يَقُولُ: هَؤُلَاءِ عِبَادِي قَضَوْا فَرِيضَةً، وَهُمْ يَنْتَظِرُونَ أُخْرَى".
