Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6770
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “No person should contract marriage with a woman in the presence of her paternal aunt or maternal aunt."

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے فتح مکہ کے موقع پر نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص کسی عورت سے اس کی پھوپھی یاخالہ کی موجودگی میں نکاح نہ کرے۔
Saina Ibn Amr Radi Allaho Anhu se marvi hai Fath Makkah ke mauke par Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne irshad farmaya: ”Koi shakhs kisi aurat se uski phoophi ya khala ki mojoodgi mein nikah na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا افْتَتَحَ مَكَّةَ، قَالَ:" لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا".
