Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7620
Narrated by Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "No disease is contagious, the month of Safar is not unlucky and there is no truth to the belief that worms come out of the skull." A villager said, "Then what about the camels that graze in the desert and suddenly one of them starts itching and all of them get infected?" The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked him, "Where did the first camel get the itch from?".

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی بیماری متعدی نہیں ہوتی صفر کا مہینہ منحوس نہیں ہوتا اور کھوپڑی سے کیڑا نکلنے کی کوئی حقیقت نہیں ایک دیہاتی کہنے لگا کہ پھر اونٹوں کا کیا معاملہ ہے جو صحرا میں ہر نوں کی طرح چوکڑیاں بھرتے ہیں اچانک ان میں ایک خارشی اونٹ شامل ہوجاتا ہے اور سب کو خارش زدہ کردیتا ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کہ اس سے پہلے اونٹ کو خارش کہاں سے لگی؟
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi bimari mutadi nahi hoti Safar ka mahina manhoos nahi hota aur khopri se keeda nikalne ki koi haqeeqat nahi ek dehati kehne laga ke phir oonton ka kya mamla hai jo sehrai mein har noon ki tarah chowkdiyan bharte hain achanak un mein ek kharashi oont shamil hojata hai aur sab ko kharash zada kardeta hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se pucha ke us se pehle oont ko kharash kahan se lagi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، وَعَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم: " لَا عَدْوَى، وَلَا صَفَرَ، وَلَا هَامَةَ"، قَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ: فَمَا بَالُ الْإِبِلِ تَكُونُ فِي الرَّمْلِ كَأَنَّهَا الظِّبَاءُ، فَيُخَالِطُهَا الْبَعِيرُ الْأَجْرَبُ فَيُجْرِبُهَا؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" فَمَنْ كَانَ أَعْدَى الْأَوَّلَ؟!" .
