Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7710
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I saw 'Amr bin 'Amir Al-Khuza'i dragging his intestines in Hellfire. He was the first person to start the practice of letting animals loose (for idols)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں نے جہنم میں عمرو بن عامرخزاعی کو اپنی آنتیں کھینچتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے یہ وہ پہلا شخص تھا جس نے جانوروں کو بتوں کے نام پر چھوڑنے کا رواج قائم کیا تھا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein ne jahannam mein Amr bin Aamr Khuzaee ko apni aanten khenchte hue dekha hai yah woh pehla shakhs tha jis ne janwaron ko buton ke naam par chhorne ka riwaj qaayam kiya tha.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " رَأَيْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَامِرٍ الْخُزَاعِيَّ يَجُرُّ قُصْبَهُ يَعْنِي الْأَمْعَاءَ، فِي النَّارِ، وَهُوَ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَيَّبَ السَّوَائِبَ" .
