Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7760
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that a man from the tribe of Banu Fazarah came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, "O Prophet of Allah! My wife has given birth to a black child." In fact, he wanted to request the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to not establish the child's lineage from him. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him, "Do you have camels?" He said, "Yes!" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "What is their color?" He said, "Red." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Is there a grey camel among them?" He said, "Yes! There is a grey camel among them." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "How did a grey camel come among the red camels?" He said, "Maybe it inherited this color from some vein." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then understand the same about this child, that maybe he inherited this color from some vein." And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not allow him to deny the child's lineage.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بنوفزارہ کا ایک آدمی نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا اے اللہ کے نبی! میری بیوی نے ایک سیاہ رنگت والا لڑکا جنم دیا ہے دراصل وہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے سامنے اس بچے کا نسب خود ثابت نہ کرنے کی درخواست پیش کرنا چاہ رہا تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کیا تمہارے پاس اونٹ ہیں؟ اس نے کہا جی ہاں! نبی کریم ﷺ نے پوچھا کہ ان کی رنگت کیا ہے؟ اس نے کہا سرخ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پوچھا کیا ان میں کوئی خاکستری رنگ کا اونٹ بھی ہے؟ اس نے کہا جی ہاں! اس میں خاکستری رنگ کا اونٹ بھی ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا سرخ اونٹوں میں خاکستری رنگ کا اونٹ کیسے آگیا؟ اس نے کہا کہ شاید کسی رگ نے یہ رنگ کھینچ لیا ہو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا پھر اس بچے کے متعلق بھی یہی سمجھ لو کہ شاید کسی رگ نے یہ رنگ کھینچ لیا ہو اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے اسے بچے کے نسب کی نفی کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Banu Fazarah ka ek aadmi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga aye Allah ke Nabi! meri biwi ne ek siyah rangat wala ladka janam diya hai darasal wo Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne is bache ka nasab khud sabit na karne ki darkhwast pesh karna chah raha tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se pucha kya tumhare pass unt hain? usne kaha ji haan! Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne pucha keh un ki rangat kya hai? usne kaha surkh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne pucha kya un mein koi khaksari rang ka unt bhi hai? usne kaha ji haan! is mein khaksari rang ka unt bhi hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya surkh unton mein khaksari rang ka unt kaise agaya? usne kaha keh shayad kisi rag ne ye rang khench liya ho Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya phir is bache ke mutalliq bhi yahi samajh lo keh shayad kisi rag ne ye rang khench liya ho aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use bache ke nasab ki nafi karne ki ijazat nahi di.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، كَذَا قَالَ: عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: جَاءَ، وَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ الْفَزَارِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: وَلَدَتْ امْرَأَتِي غُلَامًا أَسْوَدَ، وَهُوَ حِينَئِذٍ يُعَرِّضُ بِأَنْ يَنْفِيَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَلَكَ إِبِلٌ"، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ:" مَا أَلْوَانُهَا؟"، قَالَ: حُمْرٌ، قَالَ:" أَفِيهَا أَوْرَقُ"، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فِيهَا ذَوْدٌ وُرْقٌ، قَالَ:" مِمَّ ذَاكَ تَرَى؟"، قَالَ: مَا أَدْرِي، لَعَلَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ نَزَعَهَا عِرْقٌ، قَالَ:" وَهَذَا لَعَلَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ نَزَعَهُ عِرْقٌ"، وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَهُ فِي الِانْتِفَاءِ مِنْهُ .
