Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7764
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: When the Imam is delivering the Friday sermon and you tell your companion to be quiet, even then you have engaged in idle talk. The previous Hadith is also narrated from this other chain of narration.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ امام جس وقت جمعہ کا خطبہ دے رہاہو اور تم اپنے ساتھی کو صرف یہ کہو کہ خاموش رہو تو تم نے لغوکام کیا۔ گزشتہ حدیث اس دوسری سند سے بھی مروی ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna hai keh Imam jis waqt Juma ka khutbah de raha ho aur tum apne saathi ko sirf yeh kaho keh khamosh raho to tumne laghu kam kiya. Guzishta hadees is dusri sand se bhi marvi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، وَمَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا قُلْتَ لِصَاحِبِكَ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ: أَنْصِتْ، فَقَدْ لَغَوْتَ" . قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قَارِظٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ.
