Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7913
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to supplicate, "O Allah, forgive my sins, the ones I committed in the past and those I will commit in the future, the ones I concealed and the ones I committed openly, and those wherein I exceeded the limits. And forgive me the sins that You know better than I do. You are the One Who advances and delays. There is no deity worthy of worship but You."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے یوں دعا فرمایا کرتے تھے اے اللہ میرے اگلے پچھلے پوشیدہ اور ظاہر سب گناہوں اور حد تجاوز کرنے کو معاف فرما اور ان گناہوں کو بھی معاف فرما جنہیں تو مجھ سے زیادہ جانتا ہے تو ہی آگے پیچھے کرنے والا ہے اور تیرے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne yun dua farmaya karte the Aye Allah mere agle pichle poshida aur zahir sab gunahon aur had tajawuz karne ko maaf farma aur in gunahon ko bhi maaf farma jinhen tu mujh se ziada janta hai tu hi aage peeche karne wala hai aur tere ilawa koi mabood nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، وَإِسْرَافِي، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ" .
