Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7977
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) with the message of Bara'at (dissociation from the polytheists) to the people of Makkah, I was with him. Someone asked what they were announcing. He replied that they were proclaiming that only a believer will enter Paradise. From this day forward, no one will be able to circumambulate the Kaaba naked. The treaty of anyone who has a peace treaty with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) will be valid for four months. After the expiry of four months, Allah and His Messenger are free from any obligation to the polytheists, and no polytheist will be able to perform Hajj after this year. My voice became hoarse while making this announcement.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جس وقت نبی کریم ﷺ نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو اہل مکہ کی طرف برأت کا پیغام دے کر بھیجا تھا میں ان کے ساتھ ہی تھا کسی نے پوچھا کہ آپ لوگ کیا اعلان کررہے تھے؟ انہوں نے بتایا کہ ہم لوگ یہ منادی کررہے تھے کہ جنت میں صرف وہی شخص داخل ہوگا جو مومن ہو آج کے بعد بیت اللہ کا طواف کوئی شخص برہنہ ہو کر نہیں کرسکے گا جس شخص کا نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ کوئی معاہدہ ہو اس کی مدت چار مہینے مقرر کی جاتی ہے۔ چار مہینے گذرنے کے بعد اللہ اور اس کے رسول مشرکین سے بری ہوں گے اور اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک حج بیت اللہ نہیں کرسکے گا یہ اعلان کرتے کرتے میری آواز بیٹھ گئی تھی۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ:" كُنْتُ مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، حِيث بَعَثَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ بِ بَرَاءَةٌ. فَقَالَ: مَا كُنْتُمْ تُنَادُونَ؟ قَالَ: كُنَّا نُنَادِي: أَنَّهُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ، وَمَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَهْدٌ، فَإِنَّ أَجَلَهُ أَوْ أَمَدَهُ إِلَى أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِذَا مَضَتْ الْأَرْبَعَةُ الْأَشْهُرِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ، وَلَا يَحُجُّ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ. قَالَ: فَكُنْتُ أُنَادِي حَتَّى صَحِلَ صَوْتِي" .
