Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8030
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Hasten to do good deeds before there come tribulations that will be like fragments of a dark night. At that time a man will be a believer in the morning and a disbeliever by evening, or a believer in the evening and a disbeliever by the morning, selling his religion for a small amount of worldly gain."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ان فتنوں کے آنے سے پہلے جو تاریک رات کے حصوں کی طرح ہوں گے اعمال صالحہ کی طرف سبقت کرلو اس زمانے میں ایک آدمی صبح کو مومن اور شام کو کافر ہوگا یا شام کو مومن اور صبح کو کافر ہوگا اور اپنے دین کو دنیا کے تھوڑے سے ساز و سامان کے عوض فروخت کردیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya in fitnon ke aane se pehle jo tareek raat ke hisson ki tarah honge amal salihe ki taraf sabaqat karlo is zamane mein ek aadmi subah ko momin aur sham ko kafir hoga ya sham ko momin aur subah ko kafir hoga aur apne deen ko duniya ke thore se saz o saman ke awaz farokht kar diya jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بن عبد الرحمن ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " بَادِرُوا بِالْأَعْمَالِ فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ اللَّيْلِ الْمُظْلِمِ، يُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلُ مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي كَافِرًا، وَيُمْسِي مُؤْمِنًا، وَيُصْبِحُ كَافِرًا، يَبِيعُ دِينَهُ بِعَرَضٍ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا قَلِيلٍ" .
