The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8162

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The one who is walking should greet the one who is sitting, the one who is younger should greet the elder, and the smaller group should greet the larger group."


Grade: Sahih

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا چھوٹا بڑے کو گذرنے والا بیٹھے ہوئے کو اور تھوڑے زیادہ افراد کو سلام کریں۔

aur nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya chhota bade ko guzarne wala baithe huye ko aur thore zyada afrad ko salam karen.

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لِيُسَلِّمْ الصَّغِيرُ عَلَى الْكَبِيرِ، وَالْمَارُّ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِ، وَالْقَلِيلُ عَلَى الْكَثِيرِ" .
