The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8163
And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I will keep fighting against (disbelieving) people until they testify that there is no god but Allah. When they declare this (with true faith), they safeguard their lives and wealth from me except for the rights (that are due upon them) and their reckoning will be with Allah.

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں لوگوں سے برابر اس وقت تک قتال کرتا رہوں گا جب تک وہ لا الہ الا اللہ کا اقرار نہ کرلیں جب وہ یہ کلمہ پڑھ لیں تو سمجھ لیں کہ انہوں نے مجھ سے اپنی جان مال کو محفوظ کرلیا سوائے اس کے حق کے اور ان کا حساب کتاب اللہ کے ذمے ہوگا۔
Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein logon se barabar us waqt tak qatal karta rahun ga jab tak woh la ilaha illallah ka iqrar na kar len jab woh ye kalma parh len to samjh len ke unhon ne mujh se apni jaan maal ko mehfooz kar liya siwae is ke haq ke aur un ka hisab kitab Allah ke zimme hoga.
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا أَزَالُ أُقَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَأَنْفُسَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ" .
