The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8211

And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Two things increase the love (in the heart) of an old man: (the hope for a) long life, and abundance of wealth."


Grade: Sahih

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بوڑھے آدمی میں دو چیزوں کی محبت پیدا ہوجاتی ہے لمبی زندگانی اور مال و دولت کی فراوانی۔

aur nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya budhe aadmi mein do cheezon ki muhabbat paida hojati hai lambi zindagani aur maal o daulat ki faravani.

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الشَّيْخُ عَلَى حُبِّ اثْنَتَيْنِ طُولِ الْحَيَاةِ، وَكَثْرَةِ الْمَالِ" .
