The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8252

And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The blood of game is lawful. The blood of one who dies by falling into a well is lawful. The blood of one who dies by something collapsing on them is lawful. And the buried treasure that one finds, a fifth (khums) is obligatory upon it."

اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا چوپائے کا زخم رائیگاں ہے کنوئیں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کان میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے

aur rasool allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya chopaye ka zakhm rayegan hai kuen mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon rayegan hai kaan mein marne wale ka khoon bhi rayegan hai aur wo dafeena jo kisi ke hath lag jaye us mein khums (panchwann hissa) wajib hai

وَقَال: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ" .
