Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8440
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the forward sale of crops before possession.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے بغیر قبضہ غلہ کی اگلی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne baghair qabza ghalla ki agli bech se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ فِي سَنَةِ إِحْدَى وَخَمْسِينَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ اشْتَرَى طَعَامًا فَلَا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ" .
