Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8581
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are three people whose supplications are accepted, and there is no doubt about their acceptance: the supplication of the oppressed, the supplication of the traveler, and the supplication of a father for his son.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تین قسم کے لوگوں کی دعائیں قبول ہوتی ہیں اور ان کی قبولیت میں کوئی شک و شبہ نہیں مظلوم کی دعاء مسافر کی دعاء اور باپ کی اپنے بیٹے کی متعلق دعاء۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Teen qisam ke logon ki duain qabool hoti hain aur in ki qabooliyat mein koi shak o shuba nahin mazloom ki dua musafir ki dua aur baap ki apne bete ki mutaliq dua.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ، يَقُولُ: " ثَلَاثُ دَعَوَاتٍ مُسْتَجَابَاتٌ لَهُنَّ، لَا شَكَّ فِيهِنَّ: دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ، وَدَعْوَةُ الْمُسَافِرِ، وَدَعْوَةُ الْوَالِدِ عَلَى وَلَدِهِ" .
