Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8663
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When the people (who lead congregational prayers) lead the prayers correctly, you will get the reward and so will they. And if they make any mistake, you will get the reward and they will bear the burden of their mistake.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو لوگ تمہیں نماز پڑھاتے ہیں اگر صحیح پڑھاتے ہیں تو تمہیں بھی ثواب ملے گا اور انہیں بھی اور اگر کوئی غلطی کرتے ہیں تو تمہیں ثواب ہوگا اور ان کا گناہ ان کے ذمے ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo log tumhen namaz parhate hain agar sahih parhate hain to tumhen bhi sawab milega aur unhen bhi aur agar koi ghalti karte hain to tumhen sawab hoga aur un ka gunah un ke zimme hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُصَلُّونَ بِكُمْ، فَإِنْ أَصَابُوا فَلَكُمْ وَلَهُمْ، وَإِنْ أَخْطَئُوا فَلَكُمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ" .
