Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8886
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If any of your female slaves commit fornication, and it is proven against them, then flog them (with the prescribed punishment) but do not shame them. Then if they do it again, flog them (likewise), a third or fourth time, then if they do it again, sell her even if (all you receive in exchange) is a hair rope."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر تم میں سے کسی کی باندی زنا کرے اور اس کا جرم ثابت ہوجائے تو اسے کوڑوں کی سزا دے لیکن اسے عار نہ دلائے پھر تیسری یا چوتھی مرتبہ یہی گناہ سرزد ہونے پر فرمایا کہ اسے بیچ دے خواہ اس کی قیمت صرف بالوں سے گندھی ہوئی ایک رسی ہی ملے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar tum mein se kisi ki bandi zina kare aur is ka jurm sabit ho jaye to use koodon ki saza de lekin use aar na dilaaye phir teesri ya chauthi martaba yahi gunah sarzad hone par farmaya ki use bech de chahe is ki qeemat sirf baalon se gandhi hui ek rassi hi mile.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا، فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا، فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا، فَإِنْ عَادَتْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ، أَوْ ضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ" .
