Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8937
It is narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: None of you should sell over the sale of another, and none of you who lives in the city should sell on behalf of someone who lives in the countryside. Do not deceive one another, and do not go out to meet the caravans to buy their goods before they reach the marketplace.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم میں سے کوئی شخص دوسرے کی بیع پر اپنی بیع نہ کرے کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کے لئے بائع (بچنے والا) نہ بنے آپس میں ایک دوسرے کو دھوکہ نہ دو اور باہر ہی باہر جا کر تاجروں سے مل کر سامان مت خریدو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum mein se koi shakhs dusre ki bay par apni bay na kare koi shehri kisi dehati ke liye bae na bane aapas mein ek dusre ko dhoka na do aur bahar hi bahar ja kar tajiron se mil kar saman mat khareedo.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا السِّلَعَ" .
