The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8938

And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Delay in payment by a wealthy person is injustice. When one of you is entrusted with a debt to be paid to a wealthy person, then he should pursue him."

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قرض کی ادائیگی میں مالدار آدمی کا ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے اور جب تم میں سے کسی کو کسی مالدار کے حوالے کردیا جائے تو اسے اس ہی کا پیچھا کرنا چاہیے۔

Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qarz ki adaegi mein maldar aadmi ka taal matol karna zulm hai aur jab tum mein se kisi ko kisi maldar ke hawale kar diya jaye to usay us hi ka peecha karna chahiye.

وَقَالَ: " مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ، وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَتْبَعْ" .
