Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9003
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The child belongs to the (owner of the) bed and the adulterer gets stoned.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بچہ بستر والے کا ہوتا ہے اور زانی کے لئے پتھر ہوتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya baccha bistar wale ka hota hai aur zani ke liye pathar hote hain.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي بْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ" .
