Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9005
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The blood of a person who dies by being gored (by the horns of) an animal is not to be avenged (i.e. the animal is not to be killed). The food of a person who dies by falling in a well is not unlawful (for his heirs). And the blood money of one who dies by falling from a height is not to be paid. And a buried treasure that has been discovered is to be shared (as one-fifth for the State and four-fifths for the one who found it)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا جانور سے مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کنوئیں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خوان رائیگاں ہے کان میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya janwar se marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kuen mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kaan mein marne wale ka khoon bhi raigan hai aur woh dafina jo kisi ke hath lag jaye us mein khums (panchwan hissa) wajib hai.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ" .
