Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9023
And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah's curse be upon the one who bribes (especially to influence a decision) and the one who accepts it.

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا فیصلہ کرنے میں (خصوصیت کے ساتھ) رشوت لینے والے اور دینے والے دونوں پر اللہ کی لعنت ہو۔
aur nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya faisla karne mein khasoosiyat ke sath rishwat lene wale aur dene wale dono par Allah ki laanat ho.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّان ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَة ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَة ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم: " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ فِي الْحُكْمِ" .
